Intramural Sports
Intramural sports are a great way to have fun, get some exercise, and
meet other students. You don't have to be a great athlete to
participate, although there's just the right level of competition to
make it exciting and interesting. You and your friends can even form
your own team. Seneca offers a wide assortment of intramural sports year
round to choose from.

Food and Drink
There is a full range of places on campus to eat and drink, including
coffee kiosks and snack bars for students on the go, as well as sit-down
cafeterias offering a wide assortment of cuisines. For added
convenience, you can buy a Meal card at the main campuses. There's also
The Missing Link Pub, at Newnham's Senecentre. It's open Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from Noon until around 3 p.m. There's
also the regular Pub nights on Wednesdays. Doors open at 9 p.m. and last
call is at 12:30 a.m.

Student Mentoring in Life and Education
Seneca College has a unique program designed to help new students make the
most of their college life. This program is free to all Seneca students!
SMILE or “Student Mentoring in Life and Education” offers new students a
great opportunity to connect with a senior student mentor in their program
area who can support them in their transition into the College, Toronto
and into Canada. SMILE is about helping students gain the knowledge, self
confidence and skills they need to make a success of their college career.
